Will I lose weight on this course?
This isn't a weight loss course. Many people will lose weight as a consequence of no longer binge or emotionally eating. They learn to cope without food being a cloth. The course covers nutrition, that is, healthy eating. You'll learn how to create a balanced plate of food. By eating nutritious foods and educating yourself with what to eat, if you have excess weight to lose this is a possibility.
